Return Authorization Request

All items carry a 14-day defective-replacement guarantee. Within the 14-day period, you may return the item for Replacement or Store Credit. We only offer Replacement or Store Credit, we do not refund payment or incurred shipping charges.

No returns Accepted after 14 days. Our customer satisfaction rate on all our products is very high. However, if you need to return a products that was purchased from us, please complete a request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). According to our accounting department, the return rate on merchandise purchased in the year 2021 was 0.01% of our total customer purchases.
